I took my 12 year old granddaughter to see Dr., who spoke to my granddaughter at her level and explained what the problem was, and what she had to do about it. She was spot on in her diagnosis and put my granddaughter totally at ease. On the way out the door my granddaughter looked at her and said she was the best Dr she had ever been to.
