**COVID-19 TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS**
To protect our Doctors, Staff and our patients, Kialla Medical Clinic is now offering telephone consults for all our patients who may not be able to or not want to attend the Clinic in person during these current times. For patients who need scripts or don’t need to attend the Clinic, appointments for telephone consultations can be made online using HotDoc or by phoning Kialla on (03) 5823 5446 to book a time for the Doctor to give you a call. These consultations are all bulk-billed.
If you are a patient who feels well and is not displaying any symptoms such as cough, sore throat or fever, we welcome you to make an appointment and still come to the Clinic for your appointment.
If you are displaying symptoms of cough, fever or sore throat, please ensure you DO NOT attend the Clinic without calling ahead and speaking with one of our Team.
